Goal


My fitness goal for this term is to play Wii Fit or Wii Sports Resort for at least 3 hours per week. I set this goal because I think Wii Fit and Wii Sports Resort are very good games for exercise. When I play them, I start getting sweaty within half an hour! Wii Fit also makes my balance better and teaches me yoga, both things that I like.

Plan


My plan to achieve this goal is quite simple. All I need to do is play Wii when I have nothing to do, and I have plenty of free time after school. I already have a schedule that I made at home, so I can just adjust that schedule to make it work with my routine.

Yay! I completed my goal this week! There's only one week left until the summer holidays, so I want to keep this up next week. I hope I can make it!
